Rising talent was born out of a love of the Arts and a strong belief in the young talent that our wee country has to offer.
With over 17 years combined experience of working in the Arts, the team bring you a wealth of knowledge to help advance your ‘rising star’ in this ever expanding industry.
We are proud to say that we are the Northern Ireland’s only dedicated Acting agency for young people regulated by the Department for the Economy, we are are subject to the agency legislation that they enforce.
Without a doubt, the protection and safety of our young people are of highest priority; with a translucent procedure for providing them with professional development and employment opportunities.
With a diverse range of talent on our books, we pride ourselves on working closely with top casting directors to find the perfect match to meet their vision.
With a very hands on approach, we spend time getting to know each of our performers, offering workshops and training throughout the year to develop their skills and heighten their potential. Our young people have worked extensively on screen and in Theatre and, aside from their performance abilities, you can expect an attitude that will encompass preparation, punctuality and professionalism.
Pam Cassells-Totton
Pamela Cassells-Totton has been heavily involved in The Arts Industry for over 15 years. As founder and Principal of The Pamela Cassells School of Performance, she has developed hundreds of young people from age 3+ in skills of speech, dance and acting. Her natural flair for writing and directing has seen her produce original theatre shows across Northern Ireland. Having worked as an agent representing young people for over 5 years, Pamela is extremely excited about Rising Talent embracing the wealth of professional opportunities for the talented young people she represents.
Rebekah Hutchinson
Rebekah Hutchinson graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Theatre & Performance. Rebekah has been involved in the teaching drama to young people for over 5 years, however she flourishes in her management of creative projects. Rebekah also produces films and event management for BNL Productions as well as running Little Acre Creations photography. Rebekah is very excited about helping administer the professional opportunities for the young people of Rising Talent.
