Rising Talent Agency is expanding! We are entering our fourth year of business representing actors aged 3-25 years of age for professional work. We have successfully introduced our actors to paid work in the world of TV and Film, Musical Theatre and Voice Over. Their work has been part of productions broadcast on HBO, Netflix, Channel 4, BBC and CBBC and beyond.

We are beyond excited to announce that we are expanding and opening a separate strand of the agency- Rising Talent Models! This is a booming industry that we are very passionate about and our team looks forward to nurturing the talent that we know is out there! Up to this point Rising Talent Agency has built its reputation as a successful Acting agency securing incredible opportunities for our clients across the UK. Therefore, as experienced agents we are excited to move into this new chapter, embracing the modelling world with the friendly, family feel our agency is known for. Applications are now open and we are on the search for models across our three branches- Belfast, Dublin and London. 

The application process will be open for 8 weeks and end on 22nd April 2021. After you have completed the online application process linked below you don’t need to take any further action. Once the application process closes you will be contacted directly via email by a member of our team if we want to take your application further. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to contact those whose application won’t progress to the next stage. The application and sign-up process is completely free, the only cost you should be aware of is the fee associated with getting a portfolio captured by a professional photographer. These will only be asked for if you have been successfully accepted onto our books. We can recommend a competitively priced package from our professional photographer and the photos will be yours to own.

A little bit more about our team… 

Pam Cassells-Totton is the founder of Rising Talent Agency and has both trained and introduced hundreds of young people into the world of professional acting. Since a child, however, she has always been passionate about the modelling industry. Pam took to the catwalk and was a regular in front of the camera on editorial shoots from the age of four.

As an adult, she was reintroduced to this passion under the guidance of Pose Modelling Agency and Avril Mawhinney photography where she worked consistently as a commercial model, including travelling across Europe for high profile editorial work. Pamela’s portfolio of work is both expansive and impressive, having tread the boards and being crowned ‘Maiden of the Mournes’ and the ‘Armagh Rose of Tralee.’

Pamela’s heart has always lay with the empowerment and development of young talent and so she flourished in her work alongside Avril Mawhinney training countless young models for Runway work.

Rebekah Hutchinson is a partner in the management of Rising Talent Agency and brings with her a unique set of skills. Rebekah has worked extensively in the world of film production and event management. As a photographer, she specialised in portraiture and capturing headshots and portfolios for actors and performers in both a variety of settings including outdoor and within her own studio. Rebekah’s creative flair and excellent organisation and management skills perfectly compliment Pamela’s expertise to make an impressive team.

As a team, Pam and Rebekah have been working together for over a decade and are united in their ultimate goal of providing safe, transparent and reliable representation for those wanting to pave a career in this exciting industry.
