Ciara Mulgrew

I study musical theatre at the James Huish Academy of Theatre arts

I have participated in an acting through song workshop with Alfie Boe.

I have also had the opportunity to train for three days at ICMT London and have had the opportunity to be taught be Johnny Bar and some of their other staff.

I also took part in a Heathers workshop led by Sophie Issacs, a les Mis workshop led by Hollie O’Donoghue, and a Miss Saigon worshop led by the UK touring cast

I was also able to partake in a six week Masterclass on the new musical “My Land’s shore” led my the co writer of the show Christopher Orton and the originator of the female principle role, “Angharid” , Rebecca Gilliland

I also have been able to take monthly one to one acting through song classes with Alister Brammer and be taught by him on a weekly basis

I have also done a ballet Masterclass with Leanne Cope and a jazz Masterclass with Phil Laduca. Phil Laduca also choreographed a show which I was able to partaken in

I have also been able to work with Guy Retallack. With him, I studied Shakespeare  contemporary monologues

Over lockdown I have been able to join in on many Q&A sessions with Eva Noblezadas, Jon Jon Briones, Kerry Ellis, Gay Soper, Richard Maltby jr, Jackie Mark and Rebecca Storm

I also had the opportunity to workshop and be in the original cast of a new musical “Érainne”
